Product: Z2 Mini G4 Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A few days ago I set up a new Z2 Mini G4. Everything seems to work fine except when I shut down the system. I do a full shutdown (no Fast Startup enabled). When I shut it down, after about a minute it starts up again. I have turned off "Wake on LAN" for both the Ethernet and wireless adapter. I have the next to latest BIOS. The latest one only mentions adding support for Linux BIOS tools. Any ideas?

it will do this if it's in the middle of a windows update(s) cycle

 

it will also do this if the bios is configured to auto start

I was on the phone with HP this morning regarding another issue and brought up this issue. We went into the BIOS and disabled "Wake on LAN" there and that did the trick.
