No-Pci simple communication controller

HP Recommended

I think it happened when I was uninstalling Arcsoft software for an old TV usb tuner that I never use anymore, and I answered "Yes to all" when it asked about removing some dlls.

I have tried running the links others suggested but get a Win32 error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I had intended on replying to the following posting:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Business-PCs-Workstations-and-Point-of-Sale-Systems/No-Pci-simple-comm...

Since this posting says "Edited" the moderator must have removed my 1st line stating:

"I have the same PC & details as Novis-12 originally posted on 10-19-2016 on this topic except my Win 10 is 64-bit."

which makes this posting lack any info/details.

This posting string can be completely deleted.

Thanks
