Product: HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Small Form Factor PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Whenever I try starting the pc, the only light that comes on is the white light located in front above the power button. It only stays on when the power button is pushed in & goes off when let go. No fans don’t come on either. I’ve opened the side panel of the pc to clean out the inside & checked for any loose connections. I also saw that the green light on the motherboard was on so I know the computer is receiving power from the adapter. After trying to hard reset & hold down the power button for 15 seconds, I still had no luck.
Any feedback or help would be greatly appreciated,
Thank You.
