i got the exact problem but recently it stopped.

after few days my pc became noisy all of a sudden, not too noisy but more than what it should be. 

My temps are normal, there is no dust too. BIOS up to date.

Can anyone say whats wrong with my pc or is it normal to have a noisy pc.

Other than what I already suggested, I had a new "noise problem", but this time a high-pitched whiny noise. After a bit of messing around, i found it came from a video board. Apparently a component about to fail. Replaced the board and also this noise stopped.
