We newly bought Z2 Workstation from you in February Month. But on the 17th April the CPU is not worked properly it has not started and not starting till date. So as per the customer care instructions the detected some problem and raise the complaint
Case [Personal Information Removed] on 18th April. Since then I tried many times to contact which is mentioned in email. They responded only single time since then they didn’t picked up the call.
This is not the commitment with you sir. You said you will get very best in class service. Service email saying that issue will solve in 24 hrs on 24th April but no response from your side.
My work is stopped and getting mentally disappointed with your service. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
