Envy laptop purchased Dec 2023. Sent back twice for same issue - not charging . Reported for a 3rd time as not working but told CRT people need to deal with it. 3 weeks later and no contact from Hp despite chasing through their technical team. Does anyone have a complaints department email address or phone number please?
