Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought this PC which is new from Amazon for best reasons known to me. It is out of Warranty with HP but I cannot get HP Support Assistant to work properly. Anytime I try to login to HP via HP Support Assistant, it says my account or password is wrong. Any help pls
