Hello guys,
Hope everyone is doing great
I have ordered a HP spectre x360 on Nov 25th, and I'm checking the order status for past week. The status is same as the one from the ordered date it says processing. I have spend like 1200 bucks on it and i have chose express delivery as well, it's frustrating to see no update regarding the order. I have tried to contact HP through phone they just say same status as in the order summary. I haven't got a chance to speak with a live customer service person. I would like to know if some one is facing same issue and I would appreciate if someone can help me in letting me know how to contact to a live customer service person. please let me know.

I know all vendors including HP are trying to do their best to bring their products to customers. But with on-going Covid-19 pandemic, everything is unpredictable. I believe high priority now is vaccine therefore only God knows when things would be going back to normal.
Please wait, it will come.
