Product: CZC2307JBY
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I have an HP Z620 Workstation, and I reset factory the BIOS, when I try to turn on my computer in my Mini OROM Display says: PXE E01: PCI Vendor and Device ID do not match! 

 

It worked before, but when I reset factory settings my BIOS I get that message, and when it's trying to turn on I get a message from my monitor "HDMI Out of range"

 

How I can enter in safe mode?
