you most likely have a corupt office install, run the repair and if that fails uninstall and reinstall office

  Repair Microsoft Office 2010

The Microsoft Office Diagnostics tool has been removed in version 2010. To initiate a repair for Microsoft Office 2010, you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > select Microsoft Office 2010 and click the Change button. Select the “Repair” radio button followed by Continue.

If you are unable to find Microsoft Office 2010 listed in the Programs and Features, you can trigger the installation menu with the repair option by running the Setup.exe file in the following location on your computer. You will need to right click on the Setup.exe file and run it as administrator.

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE14\Office Setup Controller\Setup.exe"

In the same way we keep our other precious files from harm’s way by saving it in a different partition, we can also change the default location of the Outlook PST file. Here’s a walkthrough”¦

  1. Close Outlook
  2. Locate the PST file through the default path as mentioned before.
  3. Copy it to another partition.

(As a precaution rename the PST file in the old location. For instance, change Outlook.pst to Outlook.old. In case something fails, you can return to the old file.)

  1. Restart Outlook – when the prompt comes up use the browse button to direct Outlook to the new location.
  2. Update any Wizard rules you might have customized with the new path.

or you can try to use outlook repair -
