Hi, My hp cpu product no is XL508AV.

I wanted to know whether pcie or pci slot is available?

According to the support page, the XL508AV is identified as a HP Compaq Elite Base Convertible MiniTower.

The manual is here

Figure 6-6 Page 78 shows a layout of the motherboard, indicates 2 of the PCI Express x16 as #5 and #6

and one PCI Express x1 as #7, and 3-PCI as #1, #2, or #3

Now it really depends on any accessories that might be installed that would occupy any of these slots, so a look see will be required. so at least you know where to look.
