HP Z640 Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Performance option
I own a Workstation Z640 (dual CPU e5-2689 v4 / 64 Go Ram / MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GAMING X LHR 8Go
I recently bought a VR headset (meta Quest 2), which works very well on most games (in VR).
However, the latest Flight Simulator is a problem:
In "2D", I put everything on full blast: it's fine.
In VR, the game is extremely slow, even with mini settings.

To solve a previous slowness problem, and with the help of one of your answers, I've activated the QPI Snoop Mode option: Home Snoop (it used to be Early Snoop).
Being a good Sunday tinkerer, I'm trying to squeeze out a few FPS by changing the options to "Cluster On die", disabling HyperThreading...

Before telling me that MFS requires a crazy video card, could you help me configure my BIOS?

Thanks for your expertise

Start with hello...

a solution might be here: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/oculus-quest-2-setup-guide/489946/2
I note that one member uses an i7-10700K, 32GB RAM, RTX 3070 and Quest 2
apart from a much better Single Thread Rating, I might be able to get by...
my original post asked the question: what's the best config for the bios in "game mode"?

thanks for your possible answer

Hi,
After several tests, performance in FS was better with "NUMA" disabled and "QPI" in "Home Snoop", see page 5 of the attached tests vs page 2.
I'll try to confirm this later in the game, but on the face of it it's much better (images no longer jerk), for those who are curious.
Obviously, these options are not necessarily adaptable to all configurations or depending on the software used...
See you later
