Anytime, Tim.

Glad I was able to help you identify the mystery component.

The Z6 G5 has a HP Flex IO receiver port available as a factory-installed option. That is added to the rear of the case, and there are multiple HP Flex IO modules you could use in the receiver if the build-to-order option had been chosen. At least for now you can't add that Flex IO receiver by yourself. Maybe later. However, the basic hard work is already done given that you have internal antenna leads present. That should allow you to later add the receiver plus the WiFi/Bluetooth module that those 2 antenna leads plug onto.

The latest HP QuickSpecs for the Z6 G5 were released 6/1/24 so this is pretty up to date info. Below is the section that includes the module mentioned for using the internal antennas. Find the Z6 G5 HP White Paper to read more on the Flex IO features. So, you have the antennas. You don't have the basic Flex IO module receiving device. You also don't have the specific Flex IO module to plug into that.
