When i push the Power the PC don't work, just the power LED blinking five times and that's all: no video out, no nothing. I verifyed the DDR 3 RAM module, the SSD module, it's OK, but the PC don't work... 😞 Please help me!

Your thin client is failing at the Video detection and initialization step of the boot process. Video is onboard the system board.
I recommend that you contact HP for warranty service if warranty is still in effect.
Otherwise, based on the tests you stated that you have performed, there isn't anything else other than replacing the system board that will resolve the issue.
