I deploy several Chrome browser extensions in an education environment to students and staff on many different types of devices; desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, Dells, HP, etc. I've run into a situation with the HP Probook 430 G8 where only the extensions will not populate to the browser after the user logs in and syncs their data. All other settings are synced and populate. I've re-installed the operating system (Win10). With no updates and I ran Chrome and it deploys the extensions just fine. After the initial update which has a lot of HP specific drivers the extensions fail to deploy. Has anyone else run into this issue? This also appears to be happening on some HP Probook G6 models too.

to try and determine why is going to be very time consuming unless another poster has had and resolved this issue more so as i don't know your domain or server configuration
you need to start off with a image that works correctly, then add half the updates/changes and again deploy does it work? if so add half of the remaining half and again deploy and check the result, leave any feature updates uninstalled test with just security updates and if all goes well you know the feature update is the problem on your setup
what you are doing is narrowing down the chunk of updates or feature update where the issue arises, and you keep doing this until you have a manageable batch of suspects also keep in mind that it may not be one update but perhaps 2 or 3 updates together that create your issue
