Prodesk purchase and price discrepancy

Prodesk 400 g3
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi all. 

 

Went to my local CDW Canada store to purchase some of these units: 1NZ22UT#ABC

 

Submitted my quote. Sent it off to Purchasing. I get the P/O and enter it into CDW. All good.

NO...NO...NO

 

my sales guy flags it becasue he notices it's in FRENCH. I need to order 1NZ22UT#ABA

Brilliant HP

C = French

A = English

 

 

no worries I say, change it to the English model/version and we're done.

 

Nope...ENGLISH VERSION is $30.00 more....

 

 

Hp....you have serious problems and nothing ever seems to get better. Been fighting the HP/HPE ever since your "Split"

 

HP/HPE is still a nightmare to deal with...UGLY UGLY UGLY.
