Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What is the MAX ram supported in an HP z220 CMT ?

The manual reads that 32gb of RAM is Supported ?

 

Also I want to know what types of RAM are supported ?

1600 ?

PC3L-12800 ?

PC3-12800e ?

PC3-12800u ?

DDR3-ECC ?

 

Which are supported and what is the best type to use ?

the computer's user manual is always a good place to start,.................................hp does post quite a bit of documentation on their workstation model systems

 

READ the entire section on ram/cpu and you will have your answer(s)
