Product: HP ProOne 600 G2 21.5-in Non-Touch AiO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In the company we have 5 "ProOne 600 G2" computers that randomly turn black for a few seconds during the working day. This problem started in the last week, the PCs are updated with all Windows patches and also updated drivers and bios.

One of these computers is in another location.

Do you think it's a hardware problem?

HP Recommended

The last driver update of the graphics driver (INTEL HD 530) by HP is the 26.20.100.7156 Rev.A version. The last official driver by Intel of this GC is 26.20.100.7463 updated on 11-14-2019. I think the solution till HP update the driver it's rollback our Windows 10 version.

 

UPDATED 12-05-2019

After reinstall the SO (Windows 10 first version) and pause the Windows 10 updates the issue it's gone, i think that HP Support need to work on a solution to solve this problem.Updates are important to fix security and estability problems...
