I have same problem.with a Prodesk 600 G2 mini. Of course this should be suppoarted, as it is state of art...so why my serial number is not accepted. My PV doese not boot and I need the rovery asap. Thanks,

Are you using the version for business PC's?

I zipped up and attached the instructions below, for how to use the cloud recovery client utility.
If you are, and the S/N is not being accepted, since I don't work for or represent HP, there would be nothing I can do to help you with that problem.
What you can do is this...
Make a bootable W10 installation flash drive using the Microsoft Media creation tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
