Hi,

 

So does my HP 8200 Full tower support SATA III 1TB HDD ? and does it even have SATA III port ?

Hi:

 

The 8200 Elite CMT's sata 0 and 1 ports are SATA III.  See page 22 of the quickspecs, under the Controller section...

To the OP:

 

Why would you state 8300 in your title and 8200 in your text?  It does make a difference...

 

Here is for the 8200..... go find the manual and see which is which..... the motherboards differ, and the info is different for the 8300 because that is a later generation.
