The 60mm PWM (4 pin) fan is 12v or 5v?

Thanks in advance

all fans in hp workstations to this date have been 12v DC also note that many fans are custom models made just for a specific HP model workstation and most workstations use custom fan profiles in regards to min/max speeds due to this a exact hp model fan should be used if at all possible and some models use non standard pinouts for the connector

changing fans for low noise ones, can actually do more harm than good and most people do not have the proper equipment to accurately determine if a non HP fan actually is a improvement over the stock fan
