the answer to your question depends on many variables, what is the hardware config of the z620? will a monitor be attached/in use? what applications will be running? (IE- how long to close all running apps) which model UPS? different brands have different runtime efficiency when on battery
i suspect based on experience that a 1000/1500va UPS will be required at the minimum
i recommend you read the HP quickspecs to determine a minimal wattage of the z620 and do the same for the monitor
then visit this site, and read/use the online wattage calculator
