Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pc does not turn on when I press the power button but instead it changes its blue light on the power button to red and blinks 4 times with 4 beeps.

Hi:

 

There is some kind of power overload issue.

 

See the troubleshooting guide at the link below for how to troubleshoot the 4 beep code error...Appendix A, page 58.
