If you can access Windows operating system (Windows 10 probably) on you HP laptop, then press the 'WINDOWS' key on your keyboard; in the menu 'HP' folder select 'HP System Information'. If you are lucky, the missing data you listed will appear item by item in a small pop-up window on your screen.
These items are also normally printed on a label attached to the PC; in tower models the label is tucked underneath the computer case. Look for such a label somewhere on your HP laptop case.
If the data is totally missing from your BIOS and also does not appear in 'HP System Information' then you should contact HP Support through the store where you purchased the HP laptop, and trace back the purchase details so as to enable HP Support to identify the item in their records.
