With a tight budget for upgrade I want to know if will be possible and make sense to reuse the case and fit inside a new mobo and PSU.

This the candidates that need to be put inside the case, already have a SSD, DVD and HDD

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI B350 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Power Supply: Seasonic SSR650-RM 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply

GPU: Sapphire HD 7950 Dual-X with Boost

In this way I didn't need to care about new PSU compatibility with the old mobo, just need to be sure a standard ATX mobo and PSU fit into this case.
