HP Z420

Hello everyone , i've installed 2 quadro p2000 graphic cards on My z420, when i try to put the cards on the 2 pcie 3.0 x16 ports the SLI option on the nvidia panel dissapear ,right now the first Card is on the x16 3.0 port and the second one is on the x8 Port (SLI WORKING) , is there an option on the BIOS or something to actívate SLI on the 2 x16 ports? My proccesor is a Xeon e2689 v1

HP only licensed "SPECIFIC" nvidia quadro models for SLI for specific models of workstations (like the z620/820) lower end systems were not certified by HP for SLI and as such do not support it
