Product: Hp Pro Tower 280 G9
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Bought a new Desktop HP Pro Tower 280 G9 and installed the Windows 11 on it. The system freezes after entering the password in the login screen. Getting into the safe mode has no issues. I believe it is something related to the graphics driver. The desktop works fine with the Microsoft Basic Driver but if the driver is changed to Intel UHD 770, it freezes and had to hard reboot. Tried the HP driver, Intel Driver but no luck. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Linux Mint also has the same issue. Recover mode works fine.
