i have a server as serial number [personaal info removed.]and it has some startup issues, when i put that serial number into the hp warranty check its showing that invalid number, i’m pretty much sure that the serial number is as on the server.
server issue is after one week it’s automatically shut down and never start until I disconnected all the cards, ram, raid controller card, CMOS from the board.
After that all it’s start working its not showing any error in startup portion.
kindly advise what i have to do now

HP split into two companies a few years ago.
HP supports printers, PC's, tablets and calculators.
HP Enterprise (HPE) supports servers, switches, routers and enterprise storage.
