HP Proliant ML110 g7
Microsoft Windows Server 2016

Hi there i have recently purchased an x working server that was used as a temp during a refurb of the server room once that was complete i was giving it to use as a home and remote server.

Once i got it home and plug in the power it turns on for a few seconds the fans all spins then it cuts right out and constantly repeats this cycle till i pull the power cord.

I have checked everything over and all cables are in place it has been cleaned out and i even re done the thermal paste. On further inspection when i put the power cord back in the cycle repeats again turning on and cutting off and there is also a green LED that flashes 6 times followed by an amber LED that blinks once.

I hope this is plenty of information i also have a short video of the hole process and i hope this could be resolved quite easy hope to hear back soon thanks.

Hi:

HP split into two companies a few years ago.

HP supports PC's, printers, tablets and calculators.

HP Enterprise (HPE) supports servers, switches, routers and tape drives.
