I have recently installed a new instance of HP Device Manager 4.7 SP13 and I can't seem to get consistent communication when sending tasks to my ThinPro 5.x clients.  My ThinPro 7.x clients are responsive and work properly, but the 5.x clients take 10-15 minutes or just don't respond at all.  The task log states "Successfully sent task to the HPDM Gateway" but it rarely goes further than that.  I don't know what log files to look in and I can't seem to find any other references to issues of this nature on Google or the HP support sites, so I'm hoping for better luck here.
