Product: Proliant DL380 Gen8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Hi,

I've bought a Proliant DL380 Gen8 server several years ago and it was working great.

Yesterday, I noticed in the Smart Storage Administrator Software several warnings :

* the first is a fatal error (code 351) saying there is a state problem detected in the cache. But I think this problem is due to the second warning

* the second is a warning (code 263) saying I have a battery or condensator that has failed.

 

I think I need to replace the battery on my raid controller. The issue i'm having is I don't know the reference of the spare I need to buy.

Can you help me finding it ? (and correct me if my analysing is wrong :)).

The part number should be 660093-001 as we can see on page 20 of service manual
