Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My PC started asking me for a smart card after I put an Ethernet cable av tried changing the battery but no change please help

not enough information/details to attempt a useful reply

 

when posting a request you need to be clear and concise 

 

try re-posting with exactly what happens after power on and the "EXACT" error message you are getting

 

if the message shown  is a boot from network one, that ends with no bootable devices found  you have a non bootable hard drive drive issue
