do a clean reinstall of win 7 64bit, then go to the ms site and do a win 7 to win 10 upgrade to get a free win 10 digital license locked to that board
or, just do a clean win 10 install if you already have a working retail win 10 license
windows 10 has all necessary drivers for the HP 8200, no other drivers are required
(select upgrade if you are in win 7) or DL tool and make a usb install key/DVD..... just remember that the win 10 setup/install must be run from within windows 7 to get the digital license for win 10
another way to do the update/upgrade
