You seem to know you have a picture of the correct adapter.

 

Google has a feature that allows you to search for an image on the internet. Download the image you have to your desktop and use that Google feature to search for that image, and you'll find your answer. I got quite a few matches in one second.

 

Got to have a correct image, of course... a good tool to know about.
