Product: HP Z238 Microtower Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

We have HP Z238 Microtower Workstation. We have observed that for last few months startup takes approx 20-30 minutes (after shutdown or after restarting the machine).

Installed OS is Windows 10 Pro.

Process stuck at "HP SURE START" screen and it's not issue of windows update, we have confirmed that. 

 

Please guide me if someone has faced this issue.

Kindly inform if any other information is required.
