Product: HP Z2 Mini G9 Workstation Desktop PC (4Y5Z0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a Z2 Mini G9 that support has determined the motherboard needs to be replaced. I asked them to send me the part but they said it had to be done by onsite tech. Now 2 weeks later I finally get a call from Hemmersbach, an authorized service provider but they are having trouble finding a resource to help me. They have the part in Texas and I am in Minnesota. Any ideas on how to expedite this? I just tried their support chat again and was told that since the motherboard has been sent to the provider, I have to work with them.
