System Board OOA Product Information Not Valid - HP 625

HP Recommended
HP 625 Notebook-PC
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hallo zusammen,

Hello,

Our HP 625 does not boot up anymore, it somehow lost the information about product and serial numbers. The graphics card has no quirks, Linux started from CD is running. Videos, etc .. everything works .. only normal it does not go up. Here comes the error message System Board OOA Product Information Not Valid - HP 625.

We tried it with the NbDmiFit-2.10. Starts, I can enter the product number. Then he brings the error message that he can not generate the SKU number. I can not get any further here. Does anyone know advice and hifle?

Thanks and regards

Thank you for the link.

Unfortunately doesn't the link really help us. We hoped do get any tricks, experiences or software tips to get the labtop running again or to put the datas into the uefi/bios again.

The labtop is out of warranty and / or guarantee. So we would have to pay for the professional support. We are no beginners in software themes and we read that there exists a file/software to write in the data again.  It would be nice to get it this way in the community.

Best regards
