since you don't actually list a model number (HP AIO 7th gen is not a model) all i can do is suggest you look on the HP cloud recovery web site and see if your actual computer model is listed
and perhaps mentioning the error you are getting might also get you a possible solution
remember, the help you receive is mostly based on what you provide.........
