Hi,

We have recently had to manually patch our T630 thin clients running Windows 7 Embedded with patch KB4012212 to protect angainst a WannaCry variant that was causing them to blue screen. After patching we have had a number of machines get stuck in an endless loop trying to apply the patch. We are using the EWF and comitted after installing the patch, but it appears the patch cannot continue to install after reboot.

Does anyone know of any recovery from the issue or will the have to be re-imaged. I have tried getting into Windows safe mode menu, but only managed to get F8 to work about 1/100 times. -I cannot access from OS as it is not accessable.

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Best Regards

Steve
