HP Device Manager 4.7

Good Afternoon,

 

I have my first T630 Terminal that I am deploying into Production. I have a working HPDM that handles all of my current T620s and T5740s. I have no problems capturing images off of my existing Terminals when I need to refresh them.

 

The Error code I am getting is 1080320. The Agent Version on the Terminal is 4.7.3660.23051. Anyone else ever ran into this problem and have a solution. Thanks in advance.

 

 

 

 

Information from the Task Logs if the failed Image Capture:

..\..\Task\wins\ImageTask_XPE.cpp@2416: Error running repack script
..\..\Task\wins\ImageTask_XPE.cpp@2414: Run process return code = -200. Command = C:\repack\Wes7ImageTool\bin\ImageTool.exe -f C:\repack\Wes7ImageTool\Config.ini

Please apply HPDM 4.7 service pack 4 or above to your HPDM Service.

 

T630 is one of the new hardware we supportted in SP4 - there are some driver/script update in the imaging tools.

 

The corespondent WES7 Agent version should be: 4.7.3660.25484.
