T730, Can't take image, out of diskspace

My T730s have 16gb hard disks in them. They're all running TX52107 ThinPro 1gb i386 5.2.1 Build 07. Yet somehow I only have ~75mb free.  I  need to take an image off one of them but I can't do this as there is no space to create the image - I get disk space errors from ThinState when I try this. I need to take an image before I upgrade ThinPro.

I'm no linux user so I'm struggling a bit to make sense of what I can and can't remove using X Terminal.  What the heck has chewed up all this space and how do I get rid of it?

Thanks

Try use command 'resize-image' to extend the disk.  After reimaging the unit, sometimes the hard disk might not be fully utilized.

Execute 'resize-image --help' to check the details.
