Intel i5 6th gen 16gb ram.
Hi in windows security the security processor is saying that the TPM module needs updating. Having looked on HP's site I have downloaded the recommended softpac and installed as directed but still the TPM has not upgraded. I have tried this now several times without success. Can you offer some help so that I can upgrade my TPM as it seems that on the HP website it is upgradable. Thanks!

also, never post your serial number (any serial number for that matter)
