hi try to upload a csv file to a program and the message says error refresh your browser session

What is your program ? By default double click a csv file will open Microsoft Excel program. That is nothing to do with HP machines, it is Windows 10 default setup.

 

I believe your setup default program for your csv files is a web browser. Please use the following instructions to set default app for your csv files
