The newest All-in-One desktops are poorly designed

The base of the newest all-in-one computer is very flawed to me. The main purpose of an all-in-one computer is to save space (at least in my opinion). Yet, the base of the thing would take up half of my desk space!! I am a teacher so I very frequently need to have a book or binder of some sort in front of my screen as I type in scores, notes, etc. I cannot even fit a book in front of the computer and it is quite frustrating! 

Because of this reason alone, I will not be purchasing this computer. I'm afraid to purchase it because it may fall off my desk if I move it back an inch because the base has four main points! 

Does this frustrate anyone else??

no, what frustrates me is people who post incomplete information HP makes numerous All In One Systems

you state that you are a teacher but fail to provide a model number of the system you are unhappy with?

by not providing a model number there is no way for anyone to look at it and decide if your observations  are something they need to consider

I did not provide a model number because I said it is the newest (as in the latest ones available) model.

As i said Hp makes many model consumer AIO systems, and if you don't like any of them check the workstation line

still can't find a system with a base you like? check the optional HP mounting kits

still unhappy? then by all means look at what the other AIO makers offer
to see if something they make suits your taste in design/features
