Z440

Hi all!
The station Z440 doesn't boot after resetting CMOS - rebooting constantly without any video signal. The power button lights white color. System recovery via FailSafe Boot Block and USB Flash with .bin image doesn't help.
Are there other methods to recover BIOS?

why would you try flashing a bios for a non boot issue???!!!!! it still amazes me that people think a bios update will fix any and all problems, when in reality all it does is dig a deeper hole by adding yet another issue...namely a corrupted bios to go along with the no boot issue in this case

all you had to do (before trying a bios flash) is

1.determine if the boot drive shows in the bios and if it's the listed boot device if drive/ssd is shown as a boot device go to 2

2. try booting into recovery mode, if not possible try a bootable utility Disk/usb key and if system boots from util device see if the main boot device can be seen and run a OS recovery (there are numerous util disks and methods to do a OS reinstall that preserves existing data, but you should still back up any wanted data before a Restore/repair is attempted

3. if necessary run a SSD/drive check from the util disk to confirm the device has not failed or is failing

4. if the above is not successful, a clean OS install can be done

trying to flash a bios when you have  existing problem is the worst thing you can do!!! you need to fix any existing issues before trying to do a bios update.
