Hello,
New memeber here, first experiance into HP thin clients!
I'm trying to get my new MT20s set up in HPDM and I'm having no luck. I have the server installed and I have the HPDM server/gateway IPs set up on DHCP tag 202. I can see these settings applied in the network log window (although the addresses in quotes while they are not in DHCP).
But I still do not see the thin client in the managment console and I have no idea why.
Is there a good simple quick-start guide that I could follow to make sure I've at least got the basiscs right?
Thanks,
Doug

Hello Doug,
Check if you have service pack updated on HPDM try FTP of Update center on HPDM console to get the service pack download.
That should take care of it..

Kept on digging, wire shark shows the TC open a connection to the HPDM / DHCP server, and found the gateway log I can see it reporting, but still nothing shows up in the console.
