ThinPro v7.1

Hi, I have a problem with Logitech headsets connected to ThinPro v7.1 SP5 Thin Clients.

The TC detects the Logitech headset model correctly however when connected to Citrix and in a Skype call, the headset mute button behaviour is erratic, sometimes your not able to un-mute, sometimes the Skype application shows un-muted however the caller is not able to hear.

What I have noticed is that for the Logitech headsets, pressing the mute button also mutes the Mic in the TC ThinPro sound app (right click on speaker) as well as the Skype client in the Citrix session. Un-muting un mutes in the Skype app but doesn't always un-mute the Mic in the TC Thinpro app.

Other headset brands we use, Jabra & Plantronics work fine and I've also noticed the mute button with these headsets has no effect in the ThinPro sound app i.e. It doesn't mute the Mic like it does for the Logitech headsets.

Any idea's how to fix ? Make the Logitech headset behaviour the same as for Plantronics and Jabra headsets ?

Logitech headsets models we use are Logitech Mono H650e and Logitech H570e Mono

Thanks
