Has anyone customized the Z2 SFF G4 and included the Thunderbolt 3 PCIe card in the build? It would have to be a low profile card, right? I want to buy that card but can't find the part number. Is there any way to buy it without buying a new workstation?

The HP Thunderbolt 3 PCIe 3-port I/O Card needs/uses the Utilizes the optional Flex IO port internal connection for video output.
the flex-io module supports:
3.0) (Thunderbolt™ requires PCIe x4 Add-In card)

as far as i am aware, this is the only TBolt card available for your model system i think you are confusing the Thunderbolt 3.0 spec with number of ports
the TBolt port is a daisy chained port so you can have numerous devices connected
also sellers sometimes use a different/wrong picture for a product
