Solved: To check the system information from HP - HP Support Community

How can I check from HP to find out that, the drives ( C drive and the Ram ) on my computer have not been changed (upgraded from HDD drive C to SSD drive c and the Ram also upgraded), Product Name : HP ProBook 540G7 core i7, Prod ID 1Q3A5ES#ABS and S/N # 5CDO338G1P, If these have been upgraded what are the effects. Thanks
