Hello Team,
We are experiencing an issue after updating the firmware of the HP Engage One POS. The issue mentioned is the USB Controller Error message that appears. Right when it appears the CDS starts mirroring and the Configurations set does not change the screen back.
We know its not the app as the old Version 1.04.05-2412 RD2A.211001.002 worked before updating it to the newest one. Attaching the image of the issue. This happens randomly and it messes with the CDS configurations.
